Adhering to these guidelines is important, as failure to do so may result in the cancellation and loss of your booking fee. We appreciate your understanding. ——————————————————— PAYMENT: A non-refundable booking fee totaling in 50% of the appointment total is required to book an appointment and will be deducted from your appointment cost, the remaining amount will be charged at the end of your appointment. • LATENESS: We have a strict lateness policy. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered considered a no-show and booking fee will be non-transferable. • GUESTS: We do not recommend bringing any guests with you as space is limited, although one guest will be permitted if needed and can sit in the waiting room. We do not allow children under the age of 10. If you cannot find childcare, please let us know prior to 24 hours before to avoid forfeiting your appointment and booking fee. • ACCOMMODATION: We have seating in our lobby, along with cold drinks that are complimentary while you wait until your scheduled appointment. *Please wait in the designated waiting area, do not walk straight back to the spa rooms as you risk interrupting another clients appointment or salons staffs duties/breaks. *EYELASH SERVICES: Please arrive with clean makeup-free and mascara-free eyelashes. We recommend 48+ hours without mascara before your appointment to insure the best retention. If you are a first time client, you will need to purchase a lash shampoo as they will need to be cleansed daily. We have lash shampoo available at the spa for $14. *FACIAL CLIENTS: Please arrive with makeup-free skin. Products are designed to deep clean and treat the skin, not remove makeup. Arriving with makeup will take time from your treatment and skew your results. *BODY WAXING CLIENTS: Please shower and gently exfoliate immediately before your appointment. The areas must be sanitary and clean, exfoliating will prevent ingrown hair from occurring post removal. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance notice to be able to reschedule and reuse the booking fee. Under 24 hour notice or not arriving at the scheduled appointment will result in the booking fee being non-transferable. In the event of a last minute emergency on our part, the booking fee may be refunded or appointment may be rescheduled and a discount will be offered as appreciation for your patience. -If you or a household member are sick, please reschedule. Even if it is the morning of, we will allow your booking fee to retransferred to a new appointment time within 5-14 days. We have immunocompromised staff members and want to protect them as well as our other clients and families. Please respect each others health!
