Our commitment to holistic wellness and quality service means we using as close to organic ingredients as possible without sacrificing the integrity of the products. Our passionate team of Estheticians are located in Shreveport, Louisiana and are ready to help you on your self-care journey! We kindly ask that you take a moment to read our policies below. Adhering to these guidelines is important, as failure to do so may result in the cancellation and loss of your booking fee. We appreciate your understanding. ——————————————————— PAYMENT: A non-refundable booking fee totaling in 50% of the appointment total is required to book an appointment and will be deducted from your appointment cost, the remaining amount will be charged at the end of your appointment. • LATENESS: We have a strict lateness policy. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered considered a no-show and booking fee will be non-transferable. • GUESTS: We do not recommend bringing any guests with you as space is limited, although one guest will be permitted if needed and can sit in the waiting room. Guests are not allowed to sit in on services. We do not allow children under the age of 10. If you cannot find childcare, please let us know prior to 24 hours before to avoid forfeiting your appointment and booking fee. • PARKING: Our parking lot is currently being renovated so for now, you’re welcome to park along the street in front—just be sure not to block any driveways. If it’s your first time visiting, give yourself a couple extra minutes to get situated, and feel free to text us if you need help finding it! • ACCOMMODATION: We have seating in our lobby, along with cold drinks and snacks that are complimentary while you wait until your scheduled appointment. *Please wait in the designated waiting area, do not walk straight back to the spa rooms as you risk interrupting another clients appointment or staffs duties/breaks. • INCLUSION: Magnolia Royal Beauty Co. is committed to anti-racist, queer affirming, and all-inclusive practices.
